SERVICE
general terms
✧ Please try to be as concise as possible with your ideas. Avoid huge walls of text as these can easily get confusing.✧ Please provide both visual references and a short description. If I am to work from description only there will be an additional fee as it falls under the "character design" umbrella.✧ I do not steal/copy other people's designs. You can send those for reference but I will not make replicas of original art.✧ Please avoid pressuring me to get your commission done. It will be delivered within the 4 weeks timeframe and any delays will be notified to you.✧ You must be 18+ to commission me or have your guardian directly talk to me regarding the commission. Commissioners that fail to abide by this rule and lie about their age will be permabanned from future purchases.
workflow process
✧ Turnaround time is up to 4 weeks. Please avoid asking/pressuring me about updates. All process can be tracked via my trello.✧ If the buyer fails to respond to communication within 1 month, the order will be put on hold and bumped to the back of the queue.✧ If anything comes up that may delay the deadline date, I will let the commissioner know beforehand.✧ Once the sketch has been done, it will be sent over for approval. Please make sure to ask for any changes during this stage. Note that any big edits might result in extra charges (please refer to the "Revisions" section).✧ After the approval the whole piece will be fully rendered and sent out to the commissioner by e-mail through a wetransfer link which expires in 7 days.
revisions
✧ There's a max of 3 revisions once I've sent you the sketch, meaning we can go back and forth up to 3 times. Any additional edits after those 3 times will cost extra. Also, any big edits (such as modifying the whole pose) will incur in extra charges if it was not stated in the commission form.✧ Any kind of changes (except for color correction) after the product is finished will cost extra if the mistake was not on my part. If any information regarding the character was left out when filling the form, additional charges will incur for that to be fixed. However, if the mistake was on my end it will be fixed at no additional cost.
usage policy
✧ As the artist, I retain all rights to my work, which includes but is not limited to: reproducing the art online, posting on social media, using the art as sample for sale and self-promotion.✧ If you'd like to keep the commission 100% private (not ever published anywhere), an extra cost will be charged.✧ All commissions (except twitch ones) are for personal use only. You may not reproduce my art for commercial purposes, including selling digital/physical copies of it.✧ Do not commission me to draw other people's original characters unless they have consented/given permission.✧ Twitch commissions include commercial license for twitch usage only. Anything out of this context requires another license.✧ You are free to animate your emotes if you wish so long the art itself isn’t edited beyond what is needed for the animation process. I also offer separated layers for an extra cost.✧ For commercial work, please contact me.✧ You are allowed to upload the artwork to social media as long as proper credit is given (nieshiii.com).✧ You are not allowed to edit or modify the piece in any way, except to resize or crop it for personal use (such as icon/wallpaper) only. You are allowed to add watermark on your piece to avoid art theft.✧ I reserve the right take any appropriate legal action in the case of unauthorized use of my work.
refunds and cancellations
✧ Full refunds will only be given if I have not yet started on your piece or if I am unable to complete your order for any unjustifiable reason.✧ If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 50% of what you paid.✧ No refunds will be given after the sketch stage.
Violations to this T.O.S might result in permaban from future purchases. Filing a chargeback WILL result in permaban from future purchases.This T.O.S may be updated at any time without prior notice. Please make sure to always re-read it when ordering a commission.
